Research Interests

  • Applied industrial organization, retail markets, and reputation
  • Nutrition, access to healthy food, and food safety
  • Consumer preferences for food, including new technology, food labeling, organic/eco-labels, and sensory attributes
  • Environmental, natural resources, and energy economics
